Samsung Galaxy J5 (2016) and Galaxy J7 (2016) was launched sometime around April last year. Both the smartphones were quite appealing and a lot improved in terms of both software and hardware as compared to its predecessors. Well, Samsung is in full power and is currently working on the successors of the last year’s Galaxy J5 (2016) and Galaxy J7 (2016), which will be called Samsung Galaxy J5 (2017) and Galaxy J7 (2017). Ahead of the launch, both the J series smartphones have been subjected to several leaks, and now the complete specs sheet of both the devices have been reportedly leaked.

Press renders of both the Samsung Galaxy J5 (2017) and Galaxy J7 (2017) leaks in the wilds and shows both rear and front panel of the smartphones. If the rumorus are to be believed, both the Samsung smartphones will bring major upgrades when compared to its predecessors. Apart from the images of the devices, the full specification sheet of both the smartphone have also surfaced online. Samsung Galaxy J5 (2017)

The smartphone is expected to come with a metal body design and sport a 5.2-inch HD AMOLED display. The upcoming Samsung Galaxy J5 (2017) will run on Android Nougat software and will further juice its power from a 1.4GHz octa-core processor coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. On the camera front, J5 (2017) will come packed with a 13-megapixel camera on both front and rear panel. The front camera of the phone unlike its predecessor that boasts 5-megapixel selfie snapper will come with a LED flash feature as well. That being said, this year’s J5 receives major upgrades. The Samsung phone is also going to deliver an excellent battery backup when compared to the J5 (2016). Upcoming J5 (2017) is expected to come with a 3100mAh battery. As per the pricing, Galaxy J5 (2017) will be priced at EUR 279 (roughly Rs. 19,800).

Samsung Galaxy J7 (2017)

This year’s Samsung Galaxy J7, like the J5 (20170 will also come with a metal body design as well. However, the other specifications see major differences. In terms of specs, Galaxy J7 (2017) will sport a 5.5-inch full-HD AMOLED display and also run on Android Nougat operating system. Further, the smartphone will be powered by a 1.6GHz octa-core processor coupled with 3GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The smartphone is expected to deliver a good battery life and is rumoured to come with 3600mAh. As per the pricing, Samsung Galaxy J7 (2017) is expected to be priced at EUR 339 (roughly Rs. 24,000).

Both specifications and pricing details of both the Samsung Galaxy J5 (2017) and J7 (2017) should be taken with a pinch of salt until Samsung confirms then all. Furthermore, to recall, J5 and J7 (2016) edition phones were launched back in April last year. However, this years J5 (2017) and also J7 (2017) is seeing a bit delay like the Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+. The recently launched Galaxy S8 and S8+ were supposed to launch a few months before it was actually announced, however Samsung delay those smartphones as well. Similar will be the case with the upcoming Samsung J5 (2017) and Samsung Galaxy J7 (2017) as well.
