The smartphone will be available exclusively on The pre-booking for Nokia 6 began on July 14, and soon after some reports claimed that the smartphone has received over 1 million registrations as of two weeks ago, it must have added more by now. Consumers interested to buy Nokia 6 can get it by signing in to However, customers who have successfully registered for the phone before August 21 will only be eligible for today’s sale.

Nokia 6 sale will start at 12 noon today. All Amazon Prime members will get discount on the base price. Check out the launch offers below. The smartphone was launched in three colour options which include — Matte Black, Silver and Tempered Blue. Amazon India confirms that all the three colours will be available to the customers on today’s sale.

Considering the millions of pre-booking, we assume that Nokia 6 will be available till stocks last. To beat the rush, Nokia explains how consumers can book their Nokia 6 before it goes out-of-stock.

Three steps to follow to get Nokia 6 before stock ends

–Consumers should log-in to the dedicated page on Amazon for Nokia 6 sale at least 10 minutes before the sale starts — which is sometime around 11:50AM or so.

–The sale starts at 12PM sharp. Consumers interested to buy Nokia 6 (must have pre-registered earlier) should remain online at least an hour before the sale starts. They should fill all their details like – name, delivery address, payment details – credit or debit card information. This will enable them to book the phone fasters and ensure an easy checkout.

–Interested consumers should refill their Amazon Pay Balance with Rs 14,999 for faster checkout. So, if you have pre-booked Nokia 6, ensure you have an Amazon Pay account. If not, time to create one now.

Nokia 6 will be available in limited stock. So, if you miss on the sale today, Amazon and HMD Global will hold the second sale for Nokia 6 on August 30. Like for today’s sale, the August 30 sale will also be exclusively for the people who have registered for the phone before August 21. “Customers who have already registered for the sale on 23rd August need not register again for the sale on 30th August,” notes Amazon India.

Nokia 6 launch offers

With Nokia 6 comes a range of launch offers. Like always, preference will be given to Amazon Prime members. All the Prime members will get Rs 1,000 off if they buy Nokia 6 using Amazon Pay. This means that Amazon Prime members will be able to get Nokia 6 at Rs 13,999. All Nokia 6 buyers who sign in to buy the phone via Kindle app will get up to 80 per cent on Kindle eBooks. MakeMyTrip is also offering Rs 2,500 discount to Nokia 6 buyers, up to Rs 1,800 off on hotels and Rs 700 off on flights bookings. Lastly, Vodafone India is also offering up to 45GB additional 4G data free for five months valid till August 31. Further, up to 9GB of 4G data will be added to every recharge of 1GB.

Nokia 6 specifications

Nokia 6 comes with a 5.5-inch 1080p display. The smartphone runs on the latest Android Nougat operating system. HMD Global, the company that takes care of manufacturing Nokia phones confirmed that all the three phones by the company aka Nokia 3, Nokia 5 and Nokia 6 will be upgraded to Android Oreo. The new software is already official and may hit the Nokia phone very soon.

Nokia 6 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor which comes coupled with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory. The storage can be expanded up to 128GB via micro-SD card. It is backed by a 3,000mAh battery which comes along with a fast charging capability. On the camera front, Nokia 6 comes with a 16-megapixel camera at the rear, while on the front sits an 8-megapixel selfie shooter which is capable of recording 1080p videos.

As for now, Nokia 6 is available in three colours which will be available on today’s sale. The company reportedly planning to bring an Arte Black edition which may come with 4GB of RAM coupled with 64GB of internal memory.
